April 26, 2026 11:59pm	Last Day for the Early Bird Discounted Rate Sunday, April 26th is the last day that you can receive the Early Bird discount ($30) so please do not delay!! Starting Monday, April 27, 2026, the rate will increase to the regular registration rate.


MAY 2026 – TBD 9:00am – 3:00pm	1st Walk-in Registration for Fall 2026 Season Join us for our first face-to-face registration of the 2026 season. Returning players and cheerleaders are Grandfathered to return to their prior year team until the end of this physical (Walk in) registration date. JUL 01, 2026 12:00am	Late Registration Begins for Football Players Late registration will begin on July 1, 2026 and ends on or after August 22, 2026. (Registration may remain open past 8/22/2026 in some divisions). Location: Online Registration

JUL 25, 2026 Time: 9:00am – 11:00am	Cheer Coaches Meeting & Certification Program / Cheer Team Parent MeetingMandatory meeting for all Cheer Coaches and Assistant Cheer Coaches for the 2026 Cheer Program. KYF® Cheer Coaches and their Team Moms are the heartbeat of our Cheer Program!!! Mandatory meeting full of valuable information including game schedules. Location: TBD


AUG 1, 2026	First Day of Practice This is the first week for KYF® teams to begin full practice. Be sure to bring lots of water to practice and start hydrating early. Location: Katy ISD Fields


AUG 9, 2026 3:30pm – 5:30pm	2026 Football Coaches Meeting This is a Mandatory Meeting for All Head Coaches. We will discuss season expectations and all league programs. You will also pick your schedules.Location: TBD



AUG 19, 2026 7:00pm – 8:30pm	Football Team Parent Meeting Each team will select a team parent to assist with the organization of and communication with parents. This meeting will convey all needed information for the 2026 season. Location: Zoom


AUG 22, 2026 8:00am – 11:00am	Cheer Camp All of our 2026 KYF® Cheerleaders will attend the morning camp session for our annual KYF Cheer Camp! Everyone reviews arm motions, jumps, learns new cheers, & the new dance that we will all perform throughout the season. Poms will be passed out as each girl turns in her Medical Release Form. Virtual Upload – Electronic Submission Deadline 8/29/2026	KYF® Document CheckKYF® Team Moms/Coach will need to bring all required documents for verification. Waivers and Medical Release forms are retained by KYF. Report Cards and Birth Certificates are verified by KYF. Location: Electonic Submission

SEP 20, 2026 12:00pm – 6:00pm	League Picture DayIt is time to shine! Each team will meet at the designated time. Team Moms should have all photo forms ready to provide the check-in desk. Only Team Moms and coaches will be allowed inside with the teams in order to reduce congestion. Cheer squads may bring one bucket per team. Location: TBD

OCT 19, 2026 7:00am to 12:00pm	Picture Retake DayIf your player/cheerleader was unable to attend League Picture Day or if you would like a retake (individuals only), today is the day to bring him/her for retakes. ONE DAY ONLY. Picture Pick Up for Retakes will be listed on the calendar as soon as photos are completed. Location:Cinco Ranch High School
